Jesus Town (ジーザスタウン, Jīzasu Taun) is an "Ideal City-State" of the near future, often referred to as the modern-day Eden built by Senate President Gurdjieff. The city covered by thick partition walls is completely isolated from the outside world, appearing to be a peaceful town protected by order. However, in reality, Gurdjieff rules over the citizens of Jesus Town through overwhelming force, including Heavy Armed Soldiers. Gurdjieff's office is equipped with monitors conveying information about Jesus Town, and the citizens are under constant surveillance by Gurdjieff at all times.
In Hakaider, Gurdjieff mentions that it is the third anniversary since the establishment of Jesus Town. Under the leadership of Gurdjieff as the Senate President and Commander of Public Security, Michael, Jesus Town is organized under the administration of various forces, including the Border Security Unit, the Senate Guard "Heavy Armed Soldiers", and the Public Security Police "Jesus SWAT", as portrayed in the work (other Senate members and Jesus SWAT members, apart from Gurdjieff, do not appear).
At the heart of the Senate headquarters, towering over Jesus Town, there is a Security Unit and Heavy Armed Soldiers' Management Control System in place. While heavily guarded, the headquarters is vulnerable, and if its core is destroyed, a majority of the Heavy Armed Soldiers would become incapacitated (as seen in the preemptive strike by Hakaider when infiltrating the Senate headquarters).
