Hakaider Squad (ハカイダー部隊, Hakaida Butai): are four mass-produced copies of Saburo/Hakaider, serving as remnants of DARK. They serve as the initial antagonists against Ichiro/Kikaider 01. They have Androbots who assist them.
The leader of this squad is Gill-Hakaider, whom possesses Professor Gill's brain. Alongside are three other Hakaiders from DARK scientists; Red Hakaider (レッドハカイダー, Reddo Hakaida), Blue Hakaider (ブルーハカイダー, Buru Hakaida) and Silver Hakaider (シルバーハカイダー, Shirubā Hakaida). Like Saburo, the brains inside their head do not affect their personalities in any way.
All four Hakaiders can transform into separate robot monsters; Gill, Red, Blue and Silver Hakaider transformed into Black Dragon (7) (which looks like King Ghidorah), Red Centipede (5 & 6), Blue Crocodile (5) and Silver Shrimp (4), respectively. In these forms, the Hakaiders are 10 times stronger and possess special abilities.
All four Hakaiders can combine into a singular robot called Gattaider (ガッタイダー, Gattaida) (7 & 8). In doing so, they become 40 times stronger than their individual states.
Biography[]
Three years after DARK's destruction, the Hakaider Squad emerged from an unknown location. Plotting to take over the world, they set their sights on Akira, the son of Prof. Gill. Sensing their evil energy, Ichiro awakened from his programmed slumber, fighting against the Hakaider Squad as Kikaider 01.
Ultimately, the Hakaider squad was destroyed, with Gill-Hakaider forced to rely on SHADOW to face Ichiro.
Manga & Anime[]
In the manga and anime, the Hakaider Squad was born immediately after Jiro's victory against DARK. Unlike the Tokusatsu, Saburo's body was used to host Prof. Gill's brain. Furthermore, each member still retain the mindset and memories of their human lives.
Though capable of combining into Gattaider, none showed the ability to transform into an alternate battle form.

- Gattaider's name is based on the japanese word "gattai", which means "combine".
- The manga showed three elderly scientists when Jiro rescued Dr. Komyoji. It is likely that said scientists were Red, Blue, and Silver Hakaider, especially since they were the ones whom operated on Dr. Komoyji's brain.
- The motif of Hakaider Squad members (Dragon, Crocodile, Crustacean and Centipede) will later be used as the Lucky Clover
